Crepes a la Truck!
Kelli Evans is combining two passions with her new mobile food truck, The Grateful Crepe. One is food -specifically crepes -and the other is music -specifically the Grateful Dead. After working in outside sales for 'years and years,' she decided to take the leap into making great street food available to all.
"The appeal was that Cedar Rapids does not have a food truck scene," like other Iowa cities like Iowa City, Des Moines, and Dubuque, and it's time to turn that around and bring the food truck revolution to the people!
